Having the Right Postpartum & Lactation Support, Can Make All The Difference!

“Kaley has been an incredible source of guidance and information throughout my postpartum period… During the most vulnerable and hormonal period of my life she provided such important care that allowed me to make simple adjustments to nurse my daughter successfully. It lowered my stress levels tremendously knowing I had her to help me.”

-Jenna, Mother of 2

  • Hand Expression & Breast Compressions

Hand expression is a term in the breastfeeding world, used to describe using your own hands as a gentle and sensitive breast pump. You can use hand expression to release drops of colostrum onto your nipple. And in a similar way, you can compress extra colostrum or breastmilk directly into your baby’s mouth, while they are breastfeeding.

  • The BabyMoon: Going Back To Basics

We spend so much time preparing for the birth, preparing the baby room, preparing meals, getting all the baby gear etc.

The babymoon is where we get to integrate, to enjoy, to relish in this new experience. It’s going back to basics, simplifying, just being.
